Shule — ada, matokeo na mahudhurio
Parents call, enter the admission number, and hear the fee balance or the term result — and report an absence without anybody queueing at the office window.
This is the real thing
A messaging flow runs on the same engine that answers real customers, inside a transaction that is rolled back. Nothing is sent, nothing is written, no order is created.
- ✓ Masked steps still run — you see the reply, not how it was written
- ✕ Payments, SMS and calls are stubbed here
- ☎ The IVR is walked here — no real line is ever dialled
The seller left this much readable. The rest unlocks when you buy it — but every branch and every step kind is shown, so you can see what you are getting.
Every school office in the country loses its mornings to the same four questions. This answers them. A parent enters the admission number, finishes with #, and hears the balance read back with the student's name — so a wrong number is obvious immediately. Results need the number and the PIN the school issued, because a result is not public. Reporting an absence is the part worth having: instead of a note tomorrow, the parent says what happened, an AI takes it down in their own language, reads it back, and the class teacher has it before assembly. The staff line is separate and needs no menu — the system recognises the numbers you register and puts teachers straight through. Out of hours it says the office hours and takes a message rather than ringing an empty room.
