Usafirishaji — fuatilia mzigo
One number for two audiences: customers track a parcel by waybill, drivers get their own menu the moment the line recognises their number.
This is the real thing
A messaging flow runs on the same engine that answers real customers, inside a transaction that is rolled back. Nothing is sent, nothing is written, no order is created.
- ✓ Masked steps still run — you see the reply, not how it was written
- ✕ Payments, SMS and calls are stubbed here
- ☎ The IVR is walked here — no real line is ever dialled
The seller left this much readable. The rest unlocks when you buy it — but every branch and every step kind is shown, so you can see what you are getting.
A transport line has two kinds of caller and they want opposite things, so the line decides who is ringing before it says a word. A customer enters the waybill, finishes with #, and hears where the parcel is, when it moved and when it is expected — read from your own system. If something is wrong they say so out loud and an AI takes the claim down properly: what, when, which waybill, and what they want done. A driver whose number you have registered skips all of it and gets a three-key menu: accept the next job, report a breakdown straight to operations, or close the shift. Numbers that are neither get the customer menu. Outside working hours the line still takes claims and still puts a breakdown through, because a lorry does not break down between nine and five.
