Dialling…

This is the real thing

A messaging flow runs on the same engine that answers real customers, inside a transaction that is rolled back. Nothing is sent, nothing is written, no order is created.

  • Masked steps still run — you see the reply, not how it was written
  • Payments, SMS and calls are stubbed here
  • The IVR is walked here — no real line is ever dialled
The graph 19 of 19 steps readable

The seller left this much readable. The rest unlocks when you buy it — but every branch and every step kind is shown, so you can see what you are getting.

About

The four things a clinic phone is actually asked for, in the order people ask them. It checks the clock and the day before it offers anything, so nobody is invited to book at 22:00. A patient number is collected once, with # to finish, and looked up over your own HTTP connection — the appointment is then read back with the date, the time and the doctor's name. Results are never read out by a machine. The line says whether they are ready and puts the caller through to a clinician, which is both safer and what the law expects. Anything the caller cannot fit into a menu goes to an AI nurse that triages in whichever language they are speaking, and hands over with a summary. Emergencies skip every menu. After hours the line is honest: it says when you open, takes a message, and still forwards a real emergency to the on-call number.
